COCKTAILS
My cocktail has separated, is it still okay to drink?
Yes, separation is to be expected due to the natural and fresh ingredients that we use. It’s simply the different densities of each ingredient that causes this. Simply give the bottle a shake before pouring into a cocktail shaker.
How strong are the cocktails?
All our cocktails are made using the exact same ingredients and methods as you’d find in a top-quality cocktail bar. Depending on which cocktail you choose, the alcohol content is between 13% and 21%. The alcohol content of each cocktail is shown on the webpage and on the bottle.
Do your cocktails contain any allergens?
All our cocktails are free of the 14 allergens outlined by Food Standards Agency which are:
Celery, Cereals containing Gluten, Crustaceans, Eggs, Fish, Lupin, Milk, Molluscs, Mustard, Peanuts, Sesame, Soybeans, Sulphur Dioxide and Sulphites.
Are your cocktails Vegan?
All our cocktails apart from the Espresso Martini are Vegan friendly.
Are there any additives or preservatives in your cocktails?
No, we only use natural ingredients that you would find in top-quality cocktail bars. We don’t add any additives or preservatives to our cocktails.
How long do the cocktails last?
We recommend keeping our cocktails in a cool dark place and consuming within 3 months. Once opened, store in the fridge and consume within 4 days.
PAYMENTS
How safe is your payment system?
Our payments are managed by Stripe which is one of the most used and trusted systems in the world. They have been audited by a PCI-certified
auditor and are certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express debit/credit cards as well as Apple Pay and Samsung Pay.
DELIVERY
What delivery options are available?
You can choose from Standard Delivery at £3.95 or Express Delivery at £5.95. Standard Delivery takes 2-3 working days and Express Delivery takes 1 working day. Orders placed after 12pm will be sent the following day and the delivery time frames start from when the order has been shipped.
When will I know my order has been shipped?
You will receive a confirmation email once you’ve placed your order and then another email once the order has been shipped. If your order has been placed before 12pm, your order will be shipped the same day and delivery will take 1 working day or 2-3 working days depending on the delivery option you’ve chosen. Any orders placed after 12pm will be shipped the next day.
Where’s my delivery?
We aim to ensure that all deliveries are delivered within the specified time frames, however this isn’t always possible. We will always email you to let you know of any delays as soon as we’re aware of them. If you haven’t received an email from us and your order is late, please contact us and we’ll look into it straight away for you.
